Babs is a UK-Nigerian dual-qualified lawyer, called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. Babs also holds UK qualification as a Chartered Legal Executive Litigator, personally regulated by CILEx Regulation with an active practising licence (Licence No. 50150183). A Chartered Legal Executive Litigator is a CILEX Lawyer authorised under the Legal Services Act 2007 to independently conduct litigation and provide specific reserved legal services. Babs has over 15 years' practice spanning Immigration, Employment and Tortious Claims — particularly personal injury. Babs trained for over five years at Kenny Ayanwale & Co. under a senior Nigerian lawyer, gaining extensive litigation and advocacy experience before founding THE LAW OFFICE OF BABS AYANRINDE — also known in Nigeria as Barking & Brighton Chambers — which now serves clients in both Nigeria and the UK.
